BRAD HENRY
Managing Partner
Brad Henry is the Managing Partner of Natural Capital and is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations. Prior to founding Natural Capital, He served as Vice President of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority, Arkansas’ venture capital and loan portfolio, with over $120M in assets. Brad is a graduate of Hendrix College with a degree in Financial Economics and holds his Master’s in Economics from the University of Arkansas.
TODD SIMMONS
Partner
Todd Simmons is the Chief Executive Officer of Simmons Foods, Inc. and Affiliates located in Siloam Springs, AR, joining Simmons in 1990. He attended Georgetown University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Minor in Theology. Simmons Foods is a vertically integrated chicken producer serving restaurants and retailers, and a pet food producer manufacturing for retailers and global brands. Simmons Foods has revenue of $2.35B and 10,000 employees in North America. Todd is also Chairman of the Board of Namida Lab Inc., a cancer diagnostic testing firm, and currently serves on the Boards of the National Chicken Council, Signature Bank of Arkansas, The Razorback Foundation, TheaterSquared, Northwest Arkansas Council and Endeavor Global of Northwest Arkansas.
MARSHALL SAVIERS

Marshall Saviers is Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Cushman & Wakefield Sage Partners, a Rogers, Arkansas based commercial real estate investment firm. He has over 15 years combined experience in commercial real estate, facilitating hundreds of transactions across the country with numerous Fortune 500 companies. Marshall is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Business Administration.
BROCK GEARHART, CFA

Brock Gearhart is Chief Executive Officer of Greenwood Gearhart, a Fayetteville, Arkansas based investment advisory firm. Brock has over a decade of public markets experience with approximately $800M in assets under management. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Financial Management and Investments as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
BEN HEARNSBERGER
Vice President, Investments
Ben Hearnsberger is a Vice President for Natural Capital and assists the Managing Partner with portfolio management and investment analysis. Ben joined Natural Capital with over 12 years of finance and investment experience. He will continue his work in an investments role with 1155 Partners, LLLP, a Fayetteville-based family office responsible for the Drake Farms development among other investments. Prior to 1155 Partners, he spent nearly a decade in Capital Markets and Equity Research at Stephens Inc. Ben is a 2006 graduate of Wake Forest University with a degree in Finance. He earned a law degree from the University of Arkansas in 2010.
