Heartland STL - Vision Integrated Partners

Natural Capital participated in a debt financing round for Vision Integrated Partners (“VIP”), a St. Louis based company that manages 23 ophthalmology practices spanning 56 locations and 12 ambulatory surgical centers across 6 states.

 

First Street Flats

Natural Capital is the lead equity partner in Specialized Real Estate Group’s (“Specialized”) multi-family development called First Street Flats, located in downtown Rogers. Specialized is the developer and property manager on the 121-unit Class A, multi-family community.

 

Heartland Cold Storage

Heartland Cold Storage is an owner and developer of cold storage facilities. The Company is based in Northwest Arkansas and was formed to take advantage of the high concentration of growing protein producers in the region. Heartland Cold Storage is currently comprised of a 98,926 square foot cold storage facility located in Van Buren, AR.

 

Pure Lowell

Pure Lowell is a 152-unit progressive “live, work, play” multi-family community in Northwest Arkansas. The development sits on six acres across 115,000 developed square feet in 10 three-story buildings. Located just off I-49, the community is less than ½ mile from the JB Hunt Headquarters and within a 20-minute drive from Walmart headquarters, Tyson Corporate headquarters, and the University of Arkansas.

 

44 West Luxury Living

44 West Luxury Living is a new upscale, 204-unit multi-family development in Valley Park, Missouri. The 10.27 acre amenity-rich apartment community includes 182,363 square feet of development along with ample recreational and gathering areas. Located on Meramec Station Road off Highway 44, the parcel was chosen for its central location to support the demand for quality housing fueled by strong job creation in the area.

 

Heartland Warehouses

Heartland Warehouses is an owner and developer of industrial warehouses. The portfolio is currently comprised of three buildings located in Fayetteville, AR totaling 320,780 square feet with a core, long-term tenant.

 

Dispatch

Dispatch, located in Minneapolis, MN, is a B2B marketplace for Last-Mile Industrial Delivery that connects a network of drivers to thousands of businesses.

 

Recurring Capital Partners - Structured Partners, Fund II, & Fund III

Recurring Capital Partners, located in Austin, TX, specializes in debt financing for Software as a Service (SaaS) and other recurring revenue model technology-driven companies. Its team, advisors, and investors couple operating experience with start-up finance expertise to drive a focus on accelerating growth, controlling business and personal risks, and maximizing personal equity stakes.  Natural Capital is a limited partner and investor in Recurring Capital Partners Fund II, Fund III, and Structured Partners investments.

 

Merchant Equity Partners

Merchant Equity Partners provides growth capital, management resources, strategic opportunities and direction to independent financial services companies, particularly those focused on wealth and asset management. Merchant Equity Partners has made non-controlling investments in firms across the U.S., with a significant number of investments in the Heartland.

 

Heartland Affordable Housing

Heartland Affordable Housing is an owner and developer of affordable housing in Arkansas and the broader Heartland Region. The company is based in Arkansas and owns properties in Northwest Arkansas, North Central Arkansas, and Central Arkansas.

 

Doctor’s Building

The Doctor’s Building is an 8-story, 200,000 square foot full-service medical office building located in Little Rock, AR. The building has been a critical asset to Little Rock’s medical services since the 1960’s. Natural Capital and its partners acquired the property in September of 2019.
